About Little Leaf Kids

Little Leaf Kids is reimagining early childhood care and creativity in Barbados.

We are building the island’s first multifunctional children’s space, a place where play, learning, and love grow side by side.

Our mission is to create a nurturing, joyful, and professional environment for children while empowering those who serve them to flourish as entrepreneurs in their own right.

The Opportunity

We’re inviting passionate, mature, and purpose-driven individuals to join us as Care Associate Partners, not merely as staff, but as collaborators in shaping something new and meaningful for our community.

This is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to grow with a brand that values your heart for children and your vision for personal and professional success.

As a Care Associate Partner, you will:

  • Deliver a high standard of child-focused care rooted in patience, creativity, and kindness.

  • Help to shape daily routines and play experiences that align with our “Love Lives Here” philosophy.

  • Take ownership of your work through an independent service partnership model, where you can manage your time, contribute ideas, and grow your income through additional Little Leaf programs.

  • Represent Little Leaf Kids with professionalism, warmth, and integrity as part of our growing family of educators, caregivers, and creative professionals.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine love for children and passion for early learning.

  • Mature, responsible, and dependable with strong time management.

  • Creative thinker who enjoys crafts, storytelling, outdoor play, or sensory activities.
