Refund Policy

We understand that life can change, and flexibility matters. For prepaid bookings, classes, or memberships, families may request a refund or credit based on the timing of cancellation and the specific service.

Refunds requested at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will be processed in full. Requests made within 24 hours may be credited toward a future session, at your discretion.

For special events, party bookings, or workshops, partial refunds may apply based on preparation costs. We always aim to handle every situation with understanding, kindness, and fairness.
