Our Snip & Sprout Groomers studio offers an inviting, child-friendly space where haircuts become positive, confidence-building experiences.

We believe a simple haircut can do more than shape appearance; it can nurture self-esteem, trust, and pride.

Snip & Sprout was created to make grooming an adventure children look forward to, and to provide skilled barbers with a platform to grow as independent professionals in a supportive, family-centered brand.

The Opportunity

We’re inviting skilled, patient, and business-minded Barbers to join our brand as Independent Barber Partners within the Snip & Sprout Groomers section.

This isn’t your typical barbershop role.

It’s an opportunity to build your own client base, grow your craft, and shape the standard for children’s grooming in Barbados, while working within a brand that celebrates excellence, empathy, and entrepreneurship.

As a Barber Partner, you will:

Deliver professional, child-centered grooming experiences in a safe, welcoming space.
Make every haircut a positive, calm, and confidence-boosting encounter.
Work collaboratively with our team of Stylists, Care Associates, and Tutors to create a unified brand experience.
Operate as an entrepreneur under the Little Leaf Kids brand, with the flexibility to grow your income through classes, workshops, or special events.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking experienced barbers who are passionate about their craft, committed to professionalism, and enjoy working with children.

Ideal Qualities & Skills:

Skilled in children’s haircuts, line-ups, fades, and classic grooming styles.
Patient, calm, and able to engage positively with young clients.
Mature, reliable, and deeply committed to service excellence.
Business-driven and excited about building your own clientele within the Little Leaf family.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with parents and colleagues.
Excellent hygiene and attention to safety.

Bonus Skills:

Experience working in child-friendly or family barbershops.
Knowledge of scalp and hair care for different textures.
Ability to teach grooming basics to children or parents during workshops.
Interest in mentorship, community work, or youth development.
