Our Snip & Sprout Groomers division is a warm, child-centered grooming studio designed to make hair care and personal grooming fun, stress-free, and affirming for children.

We believe that every haircut or braid is more than a service, it’s a moment to nurture self-esteem, patience, and joy.

Our goal is to build a space where children love to be cared for and stylists feel proud to grow their craft within a brand that values excellence and heart.

The Opportunity

We’re inviting passionate, patient, and creative Stylists to partner with us as part of Barbados’ first multifunctional children’s space.

This isn’t just a salon job, it’s an entrepreneurial opportunity to build your own following, develop your skills, and grow your income in partnership with a brand that’s loved and trusted by families.

As a Stylist Partner, you will:

Provide professional children’s haircare and styling services in a playful, nurturing environment.
Create positive, confidence-boosting grooming experiences that reflect the “Love Lives Here” standard.
Work collaboratively with other partners in the Little Leaf family (Care Associates, Barbers, Culinary Tutors) to contribute to the holistic child experience.
Enjoy business autonomy while benefiting from brand visibility, scheduling support, and a ready community of families.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking stylists who combine technical excellence with emotional intelligence, professionals who see beyond the hairstyle to the child’s confidence and comfort.

Ideal Qualities & Skills:

Certified or experienced hairstylist or cosmetologist.
Proven skill in working with children’s hair (natural textures, braiding, protective styles, detangling).
Patient, kind, and genuinely enjoys working with young clients.
Strong sense of professionalism and hygiene.
Creative and adaptable to new trends and playful styles.
Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to grow personal brand and client base within Little Leaf.

Bonus Skills:

Experience in child-friendly salon environments or mobile grooming.
Training in scalp health or gentle detangling methods.
Background in early childhood, psychology, or teaching (helpful but not required).
