  • Small child-to-Care Associate ratios

  • A thoughtfully structured day (not crowd management)

  • Safe, spacious indoor and outdoor environments

  • Trained staff who are present, calm, and attentive

  • Systems that support both children and parents

 

In short, you’re investing in quality, safety, and peace of mind.

What exactly does the monthly fee cover?

Monthly fees secure:

  • Your child’s place in our care

  • Staffing and daily supervision

  • Learning activities, routines, and play experiences

  • Use of our communication app

  • Priority access to events and space rentals

 

It also allows us to continuously improve the space and services for the children.

What happens if my child is sick? Am I still paying?

We understand that illness is part of childhood.

That’s why we offer wellness-supportive options, including:

  • A $10 Wellness Credit (when Red Light illness is reported before 8:00 AM)

  • Sick-Day Swaps for part-time/drop-in families

  • A Free Drop-In Pass when a child is out 3+ days with a doctor’s note

 

These supports exist to remove pressure and encourage honesty.

Are refunds given if my child misses days?

Monthly fees reserve space and staffing, so they are generally non-refundable.

However:

  • Mid-month starts are pro-rated

  • Withdrawals with adequate notice may receive credits for unused full days

  • Part-time families benefit from Sick-Day Swaps

 

We aim to be fair while keeping care sustainable.

Do you offer sibling discounts?

Yes.


Sibling discounts are available for families with more than one child enrolled. Details are shared privately to ensure fairness and flexibility.

Are there extra costs for events or special activities?

Some special events may carry a separate fee, but:

  • Enrolled families often receive discounted rates

  • Participation is always optional
